With the advent of the internet a new breed of Owner has burst onto the scene - the rent-by-owner group. This option is for the Owners who have the technical savvy and the energy to market and rent their own property, thus avoiding any management commissions. This option works wonderfully for some (in fact this is just how Quiet Pines was born), but this approach includes some serious challenges such as;
